Simulate an interest-based educational system, grade Pre-K-12th that uses real and virtual settings to engage learners in a community-based experience

Create five thousand 200-person communities that find a role for twenty unhoused individuals to end homelessness (50k unhoused). The first community, the OptomystiX, will provide the media to simulate and scale the instruction, incentives and process by which homelessness ends in Los Angeles. Angelenos are Home when all have a Home. 

OptomystiK will implement a business development program that recruits local business owners, develops and markets resources, designs training, and connects investors with businesses that thrive.

OptomystiK will create an incentive program that produces ideal traffic circumstances in Los Angeles using an imaginative use of space, incentives and an algorithm that combines the use of public transportation with personal car that results in the movement of people in Los Angeles that makes traffic obsolete.

OptomystiK will simulate the media that must exist for Angelenos to be united as a community. This will create a much needed awareness of how our city government operates as a mechanism for the people to thrive as originally conceived by "Plato's Republic".
